I am extremely impressed with your company as well as you personally. When we first met at the property in Buckner you indicated that you were looking for a new appraiser and asked me for my card I first thought what ever you are just trying to improve the chances of this property hitting value and then I won’t hear from you. You certainly proved me wrong. I have been appraising real estate in the Kansas City market for 10 years and your company is one of the most professional real estate investment companies that I have had the pleasure of working with. As an appraiser I meet so many unethical, morally corrupt and scam artist in this business that it causes me to become very cynical of anyone that refers to themselves as a “real estate investor”.

Your honest and ethical business practices are sorely missed by so many in this industry. You have also surprised me with this web site. This web site is a representation of the professionalism of your company.
